Where is the heart chakra?

We all have 7 chakras considered as subtle engery bodies located within the spinal cord, housed in the core of Brahma nadi. The lowest chakra is the root chakra, called Mulandhara”, it sits around the genitals. A bit further up, around your belly button is the sacral chakra respresented with in orange and the solar plexus above in yellow with the heart chakra coming to appearance in green in the center line of the chest. By reconnecting with our hearts, we tap into our personal strength and connection.

Your heart chakra is the seat of compassion, unconditional and forgiving love.
Love is everywhere. It is all pervasive.

Relax more, worry less

If you feel stressed, worried or scared, step back a little. Cause things are either in your powers to change them, then change them and do not worry. Or they are not in your powers, then worrying won’t change them either. Worry is a total waste of time. It doesn’t chance anything. All it does is steal your joy and keep you very busy doing nothing. So switch off the TV and all negative news feeds! But instead, let the sun shine in your face and connect with what is in your powers and what is real, in the sence of, what is around us.
