Paleo, Atkins and Keto?

 

Paleo, Atkins and keto are all different low-carb diets. People on a low carb diet consume 50 to 100 grams of carbs per day. The Paleo method contains generally more grains and is higher in carb content than keto, Atkins contains mainly animal proteins and the ketogenic diet focuses ultimately on restricting carbohydrates to nothing more than 50 grams per day from low carb vegetables; many users only consume 20 grams per day.
